Pressure washing
Pressure washing is divided into categories: house washing, concrete/patio washing, and deck washing.
Each is done using the appropriate chemicals and methods. For example if we are pressure washing pavers we require much less PSI than concrete, for pavers you do have to re-sand after every pressure wash.
Our prices are based on a few factors such as total square feet, complexity, and travelling distance.
Gutter cleaning
Gutter cleaning is very well paired with pressure washing. Clean gutters allows for ease of water flow, less bugs/pests, increased longevity of the gutters and a polished look for your house.
Our prices on gutters increase with each additional story. For example the gutters on the third floor will be more than the second and first. Other pricing consideration include: linear footage, complexity and gutter contamination.
